PAYMENTS

Payments are due at time of booking ONLY!

DEPOSITS

A 100% deposit is required at time of booking for all birthday cakes other cakes but wedding cakes 50% which is deducted from the final balance payable.

100% of total is due at time of booking for all orders but WEDDING Cakes DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE!!

50% of total amount  (IF PAID IN FULL) IS NON-REFUNDABLE no exceptions!!

FINAL BALANCE PAYMENTS

Balances are due 7 days prior to Event date.

CANCELLATION

If you give at least 1 weeks notice of cancellation, Tootie Sweets will issue a 50% refund.  

If less than 1 weeks notice is given, you forfeit 100% of the total amount paid.

FONDANT

The soft icing covering the cake- is not designed to be refrigerated and as such cakes with this icing should be stored in a cool dry place, preferably in the box they are supplied in, refrigeration may cause colors to run.

ORDERS

Any cake ordered from a picture or photo of a cake produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced by Tootie Sweets LLC., as a interpretation of that cake and will not be an exact reproduction of the cake in the picture or photo.

DISPUTES

Any refund given for disputes regarding a cake design or production of a design are completely at the discretion of Tootie  Sweets, LLC., and are not automatic.  Full refunds will never be given for any cake which has been consumed regardless of dispute, as consumption of the cake is viewed as your acceptance that the cake is adequate for the purpose for which it has been supplied.  

All cakes delivered to venues are photographed from different angles to show cake quality on delivery, and we do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to the cake or items with the cake such as knives, decorations and stands, once the cake has been delivered to a venue or collected from our premises.

Please note cakes may not be completed until the day prior to/or the day of the event to ensure the cakes are as fresh as possible.
